^{Your business deserves individual attention. Zhenddie will work for only a select few clients so she can give you the individual attention your business warrants. That means we can only accept a few clients.}

^{A 10 hour or more per month commitment is the least you deserve to count on her familiarity with your particular business and the intricacies of your individual needs. Additional hours may be available on a case by case basis. And of course, all of your information is kept confidential. No one has access to your information, except Zhenddie.}

Email Management

Frequently check email for anything critically, urgent or important
Flag and categorize emails
Notify you via WhatsApp, if something comes in
Reply in your name to a certain types of emails customizing a template you provide
Send you quick notice of auditions that come in. Perfect if you are busy, working a day job, as well.

Mailing list Set up & Management:

Set up your email mailing list using the information you provide
Categorize into recipient groups or tag specific people on your mailing list
Create and schedule mass emails to the recipients you specify

Social Media Management

Create posts per your instructions and post to your accounts
Notify you when you have a DM that requires a timely response
Reply with a template if you choose
Like, comment on, and share your posts
Create basic graphics in Canva

Invoicing

Invoice clients using your system
Note: collections and bookkeeping not available

Basic graphics creation through Canva

Email blasts
Social media graphics
Simple, basic logo creation

VO Website Creation

Under your guidance, Zhenddie will create a basic VO Talent website on VoiceActorWebsites.com using your copy and graphics. They offer free templates and free hosting for one year.

Terms:

Contract 10 hours per month, additional hours may be available on a case by case basis for an additional fee

$20 per hour
$15 per hour if paid by Zelle.
Payment due the first of the month for the following month.
Hours must be used that month. They do not roll over.
Payment will go to Judith by Zelle at 916-899-7529
30 days notice to cancel
No 1099 needed because she is not a US citizen

While contract is with Julie Williams, voice–overs.com, you will communicate directly with Zhenddie via email or WhatsApp.

We will bend over backwards to meet all of your needs in your timing. However, on occasion, emergency tasks may be a challenge to take on within a specified timeframe.
