A Los Angeles Booth Director recently sat in on one of Bob Bergen’s Animation Voiceover Classes. It's a great write-up! Take a look:
http://someaudioguy.blogspot.com/200...ave-voice.html 40% of all commercials ask for some kind of "character." Having character training opens you up for more VO opportunities. Only a few spots left for Bob’s 2-Day Intensive in Atlanta March 8 and 9. Save $50.00 if you register by 1/15. Hope to see you there! Oh wow. I just joined here, and never knew I was already linked.
WOOT! I can't recommend Bob's class enough. I was honored to sit in, and thank Bob again for his graciousness. Thanks for checking out the blog (months ago, lol)! |

I just went to Bob's animation workshop in Hartford, CT. It was great! I learned a ton. Definitely grew on-mic too.
Really enjoyed the way Bob directed everyone. If you have a chance to attend a Bergen workshop, GO! (animation or not) There's a reason his classes in L.A. have a waiting list. Rich |

Absolutely... I was lucky enough to sit in on one of Bob's classes.
He treats each student, and each reading, with a great attention to detail. The results are very easy to spot, just from one night... (and he definitely is having fun!) Cheers, Joe J Thomas www.JoeActor.com |

Bob is a great example to all aspiring VO actors. He tells it like it is without sugar coating it. There are many great talents who cannot teach. Bob is a not one of them. He can (and does) teach!
I attended his class at Voice One some time ago and regularly use many of the techniques I learned in the class. His direction was always spot on and he made every student feel important, whether they were relative beginners or world class talents such as me ![]() |
