My name is Chris Rice... after 15 years in radio I've finally taken the plunge to focus full-time on my v-o and production business. Just moved back to the Sacramento area after 3 years in Houston. I hope to someday make gobs and gobs of money from the comfort of my guest bedroom.

You might have a better chance of making money with your guest bedroom by renting it out.
