Default Greets from Los Angeles

From San Gabriel, specifically... I'm new to legit VO, but did a couple of years of anime fan-dubs of Ranma, Ninja Team Gatchaman and (something else, which was painfully funny and three kinds of not-safe-for-work).

There's actually a cute (to me) story about the coffee thing.

I used to hate coffee. Hate it with hatey hatefulness.

Until, one day, a client needed a huge PowerPoint presentation created and conform to corporate standards for a conference in the following week, and they didn't have their regular graphics guru to bail them out (because he (my husband, as a matter of fact) was working on the BoD's presentations for that same conference). It was late winter/early spring, and my fingers were freezing in the room I used as an office, and tea just wouldn't cut it. It was too cold for my caffeine of choice (CocaCola - powered by BEARS!), so I needed Hot Caffeine. Enough sugar and cream, and it was tolerable.

Today, my day doesn't get going without two mugs of coffee from the 1950s era percolator. Drip coffee stinks. Percolator all the way, baybee!

hahahahaha
So, the bear is from Coca Cola.

I started drinking coffee when I did a radio morning show...went on air at 9am... discovered that my show was SO MUCH better when I had a cup of coffee!

Chocolate... is a vice. Actually the chocolate branding has done wonders for me! I stole your idea and put POWERED BY CHOCOLATE on my signature! Thanks!

Glad you're here on the forum, Amanda!

Hey Coke Bear! Nice to see you here. When I saw the padlock on the Talkback Door, it seemed a little Orwellian to me.... "over there". It'll be a good oasis here I think. 8)

Watch out. The party's all here. Nice to see ya' Amanda. I started drinking coffee when I was about six. My Mom loved the stuff so I naturally caught on.
