Again i have to say i get in here maybe once a day and am so flushed with happiness of all the people who keep giving me complements and welcomes and hellos ! I love it and am thankful to have them you dont know how much i enjoy a good hello and welcome from the community !
Considering that i work from my home studi and have my daughter with me at home full time 2 days outa the week, your cool comments keep me going in this crazy biz.
I'm currently trying my hardest to land a vo agent on the east coast. since i already have one here in la i have been working to land one on the other coast...no luck yet but i keep at it and your kind words keep me going when i feel like giving up and so thank you all !
I think the last things i have worked on was a bravo add for top designers season 2...i'm on at the last 9 seconds of the promo spot but its still cool and i have posted the ad on my video section of my site as well added the audio portion to my promo demo as well.
The other one is the elk grove auto mall.com i continue to be there ongoing vo for there tv spots in upper california.
So thats it for now and i'm always hoping that agent on the uder coast..( get it..uder ) i'm originally from the northwest of seattle and portland )..and eventually hope to get more commercial bookings and really want to get into more promos and such. Trailers are a hard one and so are promos but i've already done a couple for fox 5 in vegas for there tmz launch last year and now the bravo so i'm trying to use that in my favor..and i will keep at it.

You have a great weekend to. I will be doing the best i can to relax..but with my studio in my pad...i'm always looking and working..go figure. My wife wants to record some scripts with me has for the past month and i am horrible at trying to get her to the point she needs to be real fast and she has a good sound...but doesnt hear what i'm saying. So i get to hear her say everyday.." we need to record those scripts so i can do some vo work to". I dont think she gets it..i love her much..but she works all day and really just nit picks me when i'm listening to other talent and demos and really having a good time..i get the " ok you have been listening to the same thing all night"...ummm.no dear..its a different person..and a different demo" ? i just keep puting it off. she just does not have the ear like we do and i cant teach what i we all "hear" no in :60 or less. So i just keep saying yes. I love her, but she is working and tired and i just dont have the time at this moment to train her to get her where she needs to be..on top of that...if you were coming home from a day at the office..would you be in a position with no training to read a script with a baby wanting you and a client demanding the spot quick ?....so you get where i'm coming from.
She is amazed that i can bust out a spot at 6am with a baby in need and her geting ready and me taking her to work, then kylie to daycare..and she thinks she's ready for a fast read ?....i have not the heart to say...hunny..were not ready for you to read yet..would love to..but its not possible..i can..you cant..yet.
Have a super duper weekend and when and if i nail an east coast agent...i'll put in a word for you !
