Hi Bob. Sounds like you're going in with both eyes open - and that's a good thing! You'll find tons of information on this board to help you along the way. And if you have questions, just ask. There are lots of folks who likely can give you some great advice.
 I've definitely found the information in this place to be invaluable - along with the friendships I've developed over the time I've been here.
