Hey all,

Ok, so this isn't my intro, but I thought we needed a nice, open-arms, group-hug, set-a-spell, howdy-do for all our Savvy friends.

It is my sincere wish that you all find our little place a comfortable hang-out, and a source of useful feedback and information.

Should you run into any issues with the forums, please post a note in the following area:

It's much like the end of an unsteady marriage, Joe (and, yes, I do have some experience.)

Fed up with our antics, and likely eyeing some new, besotted attractive voices, Savvy threw us out of the house.

So we found a buddy's couch and will likely stay as long as you'll have us.

(And reconnecting with you, by the way, is one of the major silver linings here...)

I finally found you guys...I have been away for a short time and came back to savvy to reconnect and couldn't find any of my old water cooler gang....and here you are!!!

I'm so happy to have found you ...I love listening, learning and laughing with you all....
I'm not going to let you guys out of my sight ever again!

This feels so much better then family...its almost...dare i say..like an AA meeting but we can call it VOA ( voice over anonymous) except...we NEVER QUITE !! we just keep going and doing what we do best !

welcome erick ... an AA meeting, eh? well, i am a member of Announcers Anonymous .. i am powerless over my announcer habit and only a strict regime of acting lessons can restore me to VO marketability.. i've made a list of all the VO actors that use the word 'announcer' as a pejorative, and have asked the VO gods of my understanding to remove them for me.. i continue to spend vast amounts of money on voice and acting lessons, and when i get i gig i promptly brag about it to my wife... thru prayerful attentiveness to those on the forum i will strive for VO enlightenment and lucrative buy out clauses..
