Is there a wireless network in the conference center that can be used by attendees?
Are there speakers at the sponsored meals? My last "event" I attended was the Microsoft Tech conference in Orlando.. 12,000+ attendies.. it will be nice to go to a smaller scale event... ![]() |

Jason,
One of the Hotel's amenities is wi-fi in all the rooms (for about 10.00/day) and in the main lobby. Not in our conference center. Some meals do have speakers, like the banquet program. I'll look into this for more info specifically. |

Thanks for getting to me on this... I may elect to unplug for the trip ... needing to pony up $40 or so to be in touch weighs in... It's always good to know if there is a speaker at a sponsored lunch. We had people trying to have small meetings at a luncheon at an event I helped in... ... .they just didn't know there was a speaker... and I always attend free lunch events, even when I know there is a sales pitch coming.... I grew up on TV, so I am adept at filtering... Jason |
