Awesome VO workshop in Los Angeles!

Martha Mayakis, formerly of The Voicecaster, has started her own VO casting agency: Talk Shop. She holds outstanding VO workshops for all levels, and does private coaching, too. I've worked with her quite a bit and think she's outstanding. She's been VO casting director for 14 years.

If you want to learn from a top L.A. VO casting director, I totally recommend studying with Martha and/or Gary at Talk Shop.

Their next Beginning Workshop is scheduled to begin next Tuesday night, February 5th from 7-10pm. You will work on the mic at each session; class size is limited.

It runs for 6 weeks and goes for $500. It’s the perfect place for an on-camera actor or anyone interested in making the transition to the VO world to learn the basics of voiceover. They’ll have an intermediate class on Thursdays starting February 21st. Contact Martha to be on the list for advanced classes ot to make an appointment for one-on-one coaching.
