Hello Julie,
I am very impressed with this site! Not only are a great many of the new people posting here very talented, but the feedback is incredible. I have been searching for a site like this for a while now. I understand from what I've read that you are a very busy person and I do not expect a response from you or anybody else immediately. I do though want to give you an idea of who I am and what I am hoping to receive here. I am just a regular guy who would very much like to start a career in the industry. I took a semester class called Voice Acting/Announcing at a local community college and did exceptionally well. The class taught me a basic understanding of how to record, edit and produce my class projects. I'll post it here as well and also posted it last night on the HOTSEAT. I would really appreciate to get some feedback on it. I understand that everyone needs to have a professionally produced demo and I plan to when my budget permits. What I am really trying to receive is some insight or to possibly be pointed in the right direction of what I should do next. I am simply looking for some experienced critique and possible advice. I look forward to any and all productive criticism. Thanks in advance!
