Submitting from a variety of angles: A low-key young outdoorsman; an industrial narration; a sporty commercial; and a spot that calls for a older fellow encouraging an uprising (a la Magneto in X-Men).
Thanks for listening and best wishes...
Happy Sprang Gang!
I have a couple more to post. I got an e-mail from a friend who wanted to know if I wanted to supply the male voice for a male-female 2-voicer posted on Voices.com. My role is the lesser one. It's her part that sells it.
And then there's a demo that I have mixed feelings about. Usually, those of us who've been doing this for a while advise our fellow VO people, especially the newbies, to submit the demo and forget about it and move on. But there was a job posted this evening on Voices that was so "right up my alley" that I just knew would be mine. It was a "Price Is Right" takeoff and they were looking to replicate the announcer. But then I looked more closely and they also said they wanted it at the low end of the budget range "or even below" and their decision would be based on a combination of quality and price. I knocked 25 bucks off my quote but it was still nowhere near the bottom of the range, so I know there's no way I'm getting it.
