    Cool Machinima: Stop, Rewind

    Hey Gang,

This was a project I pitched in on by an award winning Machinima guy on the rise:

I liked character, and thought it was a good story line and ending.

More info on the film maker and production is here:

    Enjoy!,

I love twist-y endings! I thought he was going to go back and kill the wife! (...uh, does that give away too much about how my mind works?...)

    Great work, all around!

Wow.... I didn't get it at first, I was convinced it was a trailer for a new PC game!! Wasn't until the very end it dawned on me Cool ending!
Very cool, Joe! I was also relieved to hear your voice as the Doc... I was like, "heyy... that's not Joe?!" in the beginning!

One thing I noticed, that has nothing to do with your stellar performance, is how well the soundtrack worked. Beautiful music and nice work on the sfx... but lousy work on the dialogue, sounded very "dubbed in a soundbooth". Wouldn't take much to add some room ambience to make it more realistic.

    Thanks for sharing!

    Thanks Kristin and Jacob!

Jacob: Yeah, I agree. The music, plot and VO's good... could use an audio engineer on the mix and effects for voices.

I'm impressed by how much these Machinima guys can do, though.
    Amazing where tech is headed...

    Thanks Jodi!

It's good to work with the talented up-and-comers... Never know who the next Speilberg will be...
