    Cool

Nice variety Lee (although the third one had me scared...)

Here's one from Voices.com that had no script, but wanted Ahnold.

Just sent in my compilation of impressions.

    Enjoy!

Here's a recent piece I did for a local office supply company here in the UK.

Nice people, so was glad to get this one. Please let me know what you think.

Will and Lee - kudos on the gigs!

Lee: got a good "working guy" feel. I'm hearing an accent on all three (Chi-town?). Just thinking it's nice, but may limit some of your auditions.

    Cheers,
    Joe

Hello all! Hope 2010 has gotten off to a great start for everyone. It's funny how after having to step away a little from the biz for personal reasons really brings a fresh attitude.

Just finished recording the Dick Vitale spot. This is the 3rd time I've done his voice for a read. I don't have much luck with the P2P's but it's been pretty good the past couple of weeks. Here's the audition that got me the gig.

Default unsubmitted audition but what would you have done?

    BEACHES RESORTS
    is where memories are made
    It's a FAMILY affair ..
    It's a LOVE affair
It's an affair of the HEART
    Most of all
    It's an affair to REMEMBER
for the rest of your lives.
    BEACHES LUXURY INCLUDED RESORTS
    It's ANYTHING and EVERYTHING
    for EVERYONE.

This one was closed by the time I saw it. The script notes were confusing saying it was a family place AND the talent should be "friendly, warm, inviting, dreamy but down to earth." How would you have approached it? Your comments, suggestions and interpretations are welcomed. Thanks.

James: OMG - had to turn down my speakers! Kudos on the gig...

Elizabeth: bummer, sometimes the deadlines come to fast. I'd like to hear a bit more conversational. Try removing all the punctuation, then read it thru, and put some back where it's natural for you...

Ok, so here's one from Voices.com today - how can I resist Tasty Cow?
