You have some great voices, you just need to add depth to your characters. There is a sameness to the
cadence to each of your characters. Let each one live and breath in its own independent world or
understanding of it.

Know who your character is.
Become the character not only in body but in mind as well.
Play with the pacing of the characters.
Give each character it's own vocal shtick -a laugh, a stutter or what have you.
