I connected earlier this year with a woman in California on LinkedIn. If you're relocating from one town to another, she handles every aspect of the move, hence her nickname is "ReloMary." She does YouTube videos to promote her service, and her first video had no VO on it. I teased her that if she ever did another one, I knew a guy (moi, of course) who could do a nice tag for her.

Fast forward to the other day when I find out that video number two is ready to go, but with a dry :11 ending. I contacted her and told her I could voice the text on the slides and mix in a music bed to add a finishing touch to it. She told me that if I would knock it out of the park, she'd hire me for two more videos she has planned for this year.

Sounds good John. Mary on the other hand sounded a little tentative and unrehearsed.

She would have come off better working from cue-cards, with a direct message, she seemed unconfident in what she was saying, thus making here seem as if she was moving off her talking point. Which was made more apparent by your delivery John. This is a typical mistake buy owners when they try to be the spokesman for their own product or service.
