Ohhh you folks near UCLA are so lucky!!! Check out this conference for voice professionals Sunday Oct 28th..."Conference B"...Conference A is for medicos...loads of 'how-to' and 'how-come' sessions with some really good instructors.
(This is less about 'how to do VO' and more about 'understanding how your voice does what it does, how to keep it doing the right things, and how to teach that skill set effectively to others').

Conference B Does Not Provide CME CreditThis one-day conference, Technology and Safety in the Professional Voice, is designed for professional voice users, trainers, teachers, coaches, managers, workers in the voice recording industry and voice caregivers (laryngologists and voice pathologists) to address safety and critical technological advances applicable to voice training. Participants will learn how technology can be used to monitor voice training and how it is used to evaluate vocal problems. Innovative advances in voice training will also be presented and reviewed frankly and critically by international faculty. The audience will have ample opportunity to interact with the presenting faculty.
