Well, my first suspicion was that the author is JS ;-)

A little digging came up with this:
TVC-VOSurvivalGuide

Looks like the author is Kim Snyder (Voice of Sprint PCS Worldwide, Hallmark and Disney DVD).

Yeah, Obviously I had some suspicions too, Joe. It was heightened a bit when I couldn't find it on Amazon.

I wouldn't mind reviewing it myself, but I kinda have my doubts about the efficacy of the stuff for unspoken reasons...
