I will renew my current premium subscrition if I continue to make money from the service. If I don't, I won't. As much as I enjoyed Savvy, that will not factor into my decision.

Despite the shock of Savvy being axed the way it was and the installation of it's somewhat sanitised replacement, I have to agree with Lee. If I continue to make money from V123, I'll continue my subscription.

I am with Lee as well...
Savvy was great -- but it has little to do with the Voice123 service -- that's where the work is. If Voice123 is providing work (and it is) and advancing the bottom line, why wouldn't you renew?
All else is side trips.
And we are all still here.

what are the "other" big services you're referring to? I can think of Voices.com and that's it.

I just renewed my premium membership at V123, even though I am disappointed about Savvy, I'm with Lee. I've more than paid for this and last year's membership costs, so I will continue.

Default Now I'm totally

I just joined this site, I’m new to the voice over business and I want to come to a site to feel at home and learn about the industry. I haven’t had the chance to spent much time here yet but at this point Ive found the site a little hard to figure out. Any thoughts on weather the premium is much different and anyone have a better choice?

Better choice? Not at Voice123.

You have the "Free" level, which lets you see all of the auditions available to everyone. But you can't submit any auditions at this level.

Then, for $299 per year, you've got "Premium"... which limits the listing of available auditions based on the secret SmartCast rules. Oh, and you also have a limited time period to submit. Other limitations may apply, void where prohibited, may not be legal in Venezuela, Taos, and parts of West Virginia.

There are other services such as Voices.com and VoiceHunter. Please look in the Reviews section for people's opinions on these and other online services...

Also, if you have a chance, please post an introduction in the Welcome area so we know a bit more about your background and goals.

Thanks,
Joe J Thomas

I was a premium member for a year and decided after they upped the price and lowered the leads that it was time to let it go. I haven't missed it at all. I've been 123 free for about a year and a half now.
I do find it interesting how some people get so upset about how they are rated by the seekers. Like the saying goes...If everyone had the same opinion, it would be a dull world!

Interesting info coming out now on the new Premie Forum. I am following the "discussions" there with interest. Very illuminating. In so many ways.

Hmmm... ok...

Can you tell us a bit more (you know, so we don't have to read Pravda ourselves ;-)
