Default By request (Joe Actor) Wayne Foxtrotting on YouTube.

Well, we danced a pretty good Bronze-2 Foxtrot at Arthur Murray's recent "Medal Ball". Someone filmed it with a pentax still camera's video function, and now it's on YouTube. Check out a voice actor ballroom dancing on Youtube at one of these links (not sure if embedding will work here):

Actually, my wife and I have been procrastinating on this issue. We've wanted to start for a while, but just can't seem to find the time. I've got a small amount of dance from stage work (when choreographed), but can't dance anything that starts off with "5, 6, 7 8!"

You'll have to post a YouTube for us to watch.

My wife and I like to ballroom dance, too.

She'd been dancing a bit longer than I have so we took a ballroom dance class together at one of our community colleges a few year ago. We can do the basic American tango, Argentine tango, East Coast swing (aka Jitterbug), International foxtrot, the "Hustle", Night Club Two-Step, box-step waltz, polka, salsa, and Viennese waltz (with reverse).

There's a group near us that puts on an evening of Victorian waltzes (and other dances from that time period like the Schottishe and the Mazurka) every few months. We've been to a number of those.

It's lots of fun.

She still reminds me to watch my frame and corrects me (nicely) if I forget a step.

hehehe
