Not sure I'd want 20 though - 2 or 3 quality auditions a day would be great.

It's actually all in the representation. Gotta have a good agent to get the quantity of copy. Agents who rely on Voicebank should be able to get their clients lots of copy every day. The good agents have relationships with buyers who in addition to Voicebank also at times can bypass the Voicebank route and work exclusively with just a handful of agents. That's the agent you want to strive for. No way I could get this kind of activity on my own.
