Yeppers, 7 days, some was multiple characters per project... the flow was random! Been a good week. This week's a bit quiet with the holiday and all... Joe J Thomas Joe J. Thomas Acting Portfolio |

Plus you always crack me up! Beautiful work as usual. I especially like your army guy stuff. Gritty. I had a hard time graduating... kept eating the paste. |

The client was a small town Canadian furniture store...and he wanted, as he described it as...a character read.. but not to much-- tie in prices to the high canuk buck--something funny and seasonal--one spot for appliances and one as a general spot. So this is what I came up with.

Ok, like mighty Joe Young...I put together a few I did this week. this isn't easy putting this out here...but...here ya go..I'm sure some of you will reckognize a few of these spots...it's 2:30secs, but I don't post much, so I felt this would sorta cover me for a while. I did put the little snippet I did for Pierce's hunting request...
it's just fodder for the bored anyways...LOL...critique is why we share this stuff, so I guess I'm game...shoot!!! Have a great week all Jason ***Joe I really like what you're doing ..The accents are really good...Man if they'd only bring back Boris and Natasha...BTW...I never really thanked you publicly for befriending me when I first got here so ...Hey Joe..THANKS!! ***BigBry...Wings over Niverville? Funny...great voice... Thanks for all your help as well..Good peope live here... As you can hear from my demo of the week..I use music for watermarking, I wasn't sure how loud to make it in the mix, I was afraid to put it at the correct volume in fear of it being too much. After listening to your Xmas stuff...I guess I don't have to fear that for auditions. Can I produce the auditions like an actual spot?...or should I just keep the music just low enough to be there for some sense of feel, so they can't use the audition VO? (ahhh a newbie question...) Can work be had if you're producing spots? Last edited by jason216; 11-15-2007 at 08:51 PM. |
