Lee... you gotta stop auditioning for all the same stuff I am!

I think I like your tough guy the best, followed by the Bada Ding one...

Good stuff peeps,
Joe

Lee - Ditto what Joe said. Great stuff man.

I too took a shot at the Tough Guy and the Gay Snake.

Also, the third aud was from a private invite. They were looking for a Teen voice for Young Golden Retriever Dog in a Training vid. I add the announcer at the end just to round things out.

hey Eric,
I like that.
I went a different way with that read. Actually 2 reads...1 gritty, the other a little less so.

And Lee?
too cool...your character voicing is always impressive.

Here's one I did today at Voices.com. I'm not even sure why I bother. This guy has is the production person at a TV station in Utah and posts a gazillion auditions on Voices.com, many of which I have submitted demos for but I've never heard a word from him. Either he doesn't like my stuff or my bids are out of his price range.

But this one looked like fun. In the first part of this spot I'm playing a cockroach. (The guy actually felt he had to specify that the announcer part should sound different from the cockroach.)

Lee -- We have to quit meeting like this. I too auditioned for that spot, but I think you really nailed it.
Here's my take on it.

The second spot was an event trailer read that I attempted.

Great reads, all!

Here are a few: A promo-DVD-thing, a travel e-book, 2-for-one FTD spots (don't fuggetabout Momma!)-- seems like a couple of these are a lil choppy-flow in some places.

Fingers, toes & eyes crossed... and lowercase "j's" dotted.... for everyone!
