Steve, you know, with a little work, you've got the basis for a great Chris Matthews impersonation. I'll bet you could have some great fun what that!

LindZ, nice to hear your range!

Not too shabby, but I always like to improve!

Never thought of that, Paul.
Sounds like a plan!

Nice stuff there Brad!

Here's two that I did this morning.

The first one is a "hopeless mother" talking about her kid.
The second one is a national spot for SMURFS! They wanted a energetic kid/teen voice.

LindZn -- Love the reads. I really could feel the emotion in the Mom read. Sort of like a young Juno mom type of thing. Very nice.
Your Smurf spot was fun to listen to. You have that kid sound down. I took a shot at this as well, but I really what you did a bit more.

Here is my take on the same Smurf spot. I tried 3 different takes on it:

LindZ -- Very nice read. I think if you threw in a bit more attitude and played to the words a bit more you would have a great read. Keep up the great work.

Since I'm here, these are a couple auds I sent in recently. Each is from the opposite ends of my vocal spectrum and they were both fun to read. The first one was a younger kid sounding read with a bad British accent attempt in the second read. The other aud was for a french accented Cupid. I enjoyed the challenge.

Gang, you are truly amazing! I LOVE the Smurf pieces. I enjoyed the smurfing smurf outta them!

Another wacky piece I made for our country radio stations at Krash. I co-wrote, voiced, produced. It was inevitable!
Here's the version for KUBL, K-Bull 93 in SLC Utah. Insert any moniker before "WOW" and... instant promo!

Also, an attempt for a Voices.com post seeking a promo voice... Actually, I am going to work on this "promo" stuff. In another post in "Newbies" I asked for copy resources if you've time?

Much Love!

Chadd - I am soooo envious of you. You have such incredible talent and a great sense of humor. That K-Bull spot was Rockin'. I'm amazed, well not really, that you co-wrote, voiced and produced that spot. It really shows your many talents. Simply great man!

The Discovery channel spot was very nice as well. Just out of curiousity, was there a specific reason for the pauses between lines? Sounds great anyways.
