My company does a lot of IVR work and I'm looking for someone who can potentially record new prompts on a daily basis. Consistency and availability are quite important factors as our clients will often need prompts updated within 24 hours or full scripts done within a few days. Currently, this is outsourced to a local firm, however this always involves an initial flat-fee plus a rate based on time, but because we are seeking an ongoing arrangement, I'd like to devise a more suitable pay structure.
I encourage any industry-related recommendations within this thread, as it appears that much of the work being done is on a much shorter-term basis or just as a one-time project. As for interested professionals, please contact me initially through the forums private messaging with contact info and proposed rates. Thank you. |
