SomeAudioGuy - I think we did, well through class introductions. :) I saw your review. I was the girl on the right side of the room who had just got back from San Francisco a couple hours before class and was tired & shy. I'm not really so shy, I think it was because I was sleep deprived!

I've been doing VO for almost 30 years, but got caught in a number of career cul-de-sacs over the years....but doing what I've always loved doing and making a living from it is going to happen very soon.

It's a pretty scary plunge to take, but enjoy it!

Julie, Tom, Stef & Steve - THANK YOU. It's so scary but exciting.

Less than 2 weeks until my last day at the day job. I can't wait. I've been doing this e-learning gig every night this week, staying up until 1am. I can't wait until I can get my VO work done during the day and maybe get a better night's sleep. Hehe!

My commercial demo should be back by the end of this week or early next week. I'll post it up when it is ready.

My video game is being recorded next week, and my animation, the week or two following! I'm so psyched. Almost there!

Well, my actual last day at the day job got extended to May 7th. Still though, they've been letting me out for sessions due to me doing them a favor and staying longer.

Things are going really well! I was just about to announce on here that I booked a job for MySpace TV for a weekly animated short. The debut of the characters will be on Monday from midnight-3am. They're doing a PSA for MySpace TV while it is down that evening. :) I'm not sure when the actual episodes will begin their release, but it'll be coming up here in the next few months. I play the character named Caitlin, the chubby, cute, and slightly weird best friend of the show's star, Bonita.

I also have booked some really good gigs through voices.com that are keeping me busy in my home studio as well. :) I also just wrapped up recording my video game demo yesterday and will be recording my animation demo here in two weeks. My commercial demo should be done any day now. I'll put it up here when I get it back!
