Pat Fraley sighting!!!

Hi gang!
Hope you all had a blessed and happy holiday season. We went to India. In between taking in sights and sweating like mad in the 100+ weather, I watched the telly and listened to English language voiceovers to work on my "Indian English" accent.

Anyhoo, I watched films on the plane on the way back to England. Watched 'Garfield' (when he decides to leave comic strip world and try living in the real world) and when the credits came up there was Pat Fraley's name down for the rolling script deliverer (forgot the exact character name) & Sid. How exciting. I had to rewind through the film to find Pat's parts so I could watch them again!

Pat rocks so hard it's silly! I did a demo with him about 5 months ago and since then I've done 3 books and have now been invited to an in person auditon with Random House/Books on Tape for next week. If any of you can get a chance to have him be your producer/director on your audiobooks demo - grab it! There just isn't anyone better. -

Stef -- With over 4000++ credits to his name, you are about to hear Pat's voice sooner or later if not all of the time. The dude is THE MAN.

India on vacation (holiday) on purpose? I guess someone has to. I spent 8 plus months in Bahrain from '90 to '91 (guess what was going on then) and we had temps up to 125 degrees in the shade with the nastiest humidity. I wouldn't wish that part of the world on anyone, although it does get over 100 degrees during the summer in Sac where I live.

The other voice Pat provided in Garfield Gets Real was Delivery Gnome. I'll have to see the movie now just to see what the heck a Delivery Gnome is.

Vanessa, I just listened to your audio book demo's. Wow! you have a great narration style . I didn't know Mr. Fraley produced demo's. too. I'll have to write him and get some info.
