They didn't choose yet, as of today.
Pierre sent an email out saying that everyone did a great job and his client has a difficult job to do choosing.

I'm hping he'll tell us when he chooses someone... and I hope they're from here!

I didn't post my Pierre audition here either, but I'd love to hear the voice of the lucky and talented person who gets the job. Getting a personal email, even though it was generic and sent out to everyone who auditioned, was a nice touch to add confidence and self esteem to all the talents who did their best on this particular job.

Kara and Caryn, I'm so sorry to hear you didn't get emails regarding that job posting. That bites. You are both so talented!!! I hope your auditions were heard and perhaps your emails were overlooked. You both offer alot to voice over acting and deserve to have ALL of your auditions heard. I believe you both still have a shot at this particular audition. Good luck to you both!!

Thanks Allison... that's sweet. Honestly, once I audition, I try to forget about it. But this was a good one! Actually, the one I was more interested in (not for the money, obviously) was the Learning Express (I think) that same day.

In my almost two years on voices dot com, I've only received two jobs. So, I don't expect much. :) I've learned to get work elsewhere!

I'm not sure how lucky the person who lands this gig will be. It's always nice to get work, but based upon the brief discussion over at the Savvy Forum it would seem that the budget for this job is exceptionally low. It's less than half of what most of the people who participated in Julie's survey say they normally charge.

When I sent in my demo, I added a note to Pierre indicating that I would normally bid much higher but was willing to cut my price only because he is a fellow member of our little community.
