Hi there....
A major current affairs show here in Australia contacted me today, looking for an African person to provide a voice over (and possibly a translation). As I'm pretty Aussie and can't pull off the accent without sounding like a cartoon character.... CAN YOU HELP ? It's only tentative at the moment, the reporter is checking with a few agencies closer to him, but if I can come back to him with an offer and a voice, it could be worthwhile ! Let me know. |

Just wondering... ('cuz Africa's a big place) - what type of accent are they looking for?
I've done Afrikaans (Dutch/British) for Exxon training videos, and also more of a South African village dialect (40's/Black) for some Microsoft industrials. PM me if you have a bit of copy and would like samples... Joe J Thomas www.JoeActor.com p.s. I'm no help with the translation part... or if the dialog is in an actual African language (click click..) |
