Who does your sites?!

If you've read me around the forum, you may have picked out that I'm a audio/video producer, voice actor, marketing-philosophy-junky hybrid with a twist of lemon.

After fumbling around with web design using the most basic Myspace-esque techniques I could figure out... I'm actually self-teaching me Flash. It's taken awhile (and plenty of blurry-eyed nights of hits and misses on my own site), but I think I'm starting to see a bit of The Matrix.*

How about getting a HOTSEAT for personal web presence? I mean, getting the demo to them is only part of the battle. It also includes making an amazing impression before the potential client even clicks the media.
