Back in my home town there was a radio tower just accross the valley, you could see it. It got into everything, but it was the stations audio. I'm trying to imagine a scenario where strong RF "vibrates" something in a home.
It would spook me and drive me crazy to experience what dnegry is describing.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the thoughts. One of the techs from the power company told me of a time he was called to a house to track down a sound & it turned out to be that the power from a nearby microwave tower was causing the eaves the vibrate. Eerie! I was in two other provinces this past week & didn't notice the sound there. Lee, good suggestion about the media companies. I'm going to follow up to see if there's anything similar with the CRTC here in Canada. Not sure if I mentioned it, but the noise can be heard in other houses in our neighbourhood. Ours is the only bungalow, and seems to be the loudest. Weird, eh? |
