Can someone provide help re: DMCA procedures

Right, I run a hobby net station- makes NO MONEY! Some low life has stolen my intellectual property,station name, strapline/logo and even my own imaging that I made!!!

I don't wish to discuss it here in the open for obvious reasons....but, if someone is willing to help me out, and do it for free- I would be eternally gateful!

After all, I am the good guy, done no wrong- and I am the one who is effectively being asked to pay a penalty financially (by paying for the DMCA procedure etc.) for having done nothing untoward!
