Well, truth be told, Eric wasn't that close. What he should have been thinking about was optimizing the screen size while highlighting only the parts of the audio that rolled off below 15khz, then adding a slightly convex EQ curve to the selection.

Once saved, at 12kbps/mono, it then makes a great lo-cal sweetener for tea.
