Document to Audio conversion

1. Read text from documents that will be provided in pdf format. These documents range from 3 to 15 pages each. Details about what is to be read (Chapter / section headings, main body of text, block quotes, pronunciations, etc), will be provided per document.

2. The format for each audio file will be as follows:
a. UNCOMPRESSED Microsoft PCM WAV file
b. 44,100 Hz sample rate
c. 16 bit, Stereo

We will provide access to our server to upload the WAV files.

3. The quality should be as follows:
a. Consistent sound level
b. Consistent reading speed across all sections
c. No background noise
d. Two seconds of silence at the end of each file
e. American or British accent

PDF files will be provided in batches. Delivery time of WAV files is no more than 7 days after receipt of pdf files.

Pricing with depend on # pdf files and # pages. We will provide a list of documents after which the vendor will supply a fixed price for the batch. Vendor will be paid after the audio files have passed our QA process.

Provider will also need to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement for IP protection.

We will require a sample to be created using a page from our material to ensure the quality is acceptable
