I would have thought that was definitely the case if you were here in the US of A, but since you are across the pond, I wasn't sure how familiar you might be with the great Mr. LaFontaine. How do you say "In a world where ..." in Danish? 8)

Being a living legend like Don, his name is well known all over the world, I'd presume... also among us danish VOA's.
Even in the public, you sometimes hear comments like: "wonder, who that guy really is" or, "if only I had a voice like that american movie trailer-guy". He is noticed...
Funny, btw, Don's name is one of the reasons I joined "Savvy", and later this site in the first place: I did a Google-search for an article I once read and liked to find again, in which some big shot
VO producers was discussing the technical aspects in
VO recording. Some of the keywords I used was "Don La Fontaine" and "voice over". I never found the article (but i will give it another try some day, it IS interesting stuff), but I did stumble across "Savyy", and found myself saying: "hmmm, this place is cool!" And the rest is history.
