I jumped off the Voice123 boat within the 30-day trial period so they refunded the $$. I was happy that I didn't have to make a big fuss. When they called to talk me into staying, I just said, "Does this mean you aren't going to honor your 30-day guarantee?" Immediately it stopped the sales pitch and that was the end of the short-term relationship.
