Oh - I figured out the problem, by the way (due in no part, to any of the staff over at TalentDirectory.com - who have yet to return an email).
You need to be using Internet Explorer. I use Firefox for the majority of my browsing so it didn't even occur to me that that might be a problem until this morning. Now, I'm able to upload just fine. So if any of you are still having problems, it likely has to do with the browser you're using.
