No not irrelevant at all, I get my insurance at about $500/ month for Health, dental optical and life. Through the agency I work for as a RN.

You should form a group of V.O. actors and offer group rates. Someday when I actually get some work in Voiceover, I would consider changing. Not quite in the market now.
