Once again, quite a bit of preaching to the choir here. As for lightening up, people will be people. My advice to Julie was simply to make sure her i's were dotted and t's were crossed. (Which they appear to be) Yes deleting is a simple thing to do and complaining seems to be on the rise. The problem is that if an email address gets reported enough as SPAM it will get tagged that way and emails from that address will get caught in many, many spam filters. It will get caught in SPAM filters that belong to people who want to see the email as well, unless that recipient has actually listed the email address as being from a "friend", "trusted source", etc.

I don't make the rules, if I did, the dogs and cats would be in charge.
