This is an old thread, but I have to say that I love Voices.com - and my experience with Voice123 has been HORRIBLE. Bleh. Voices.com has always been very responsive to my questions, and I've actually booked more jobs from someone searching their directory and finding me, than I have through auditions.
I'm fine with that. The site has made me money and I'll be staying with them indefinitely. I just locked in my Premium subscription (I was a preferred member for a while) this month. I also like that they allow those of us who were thinking about a membership or upgrading a membership, to grandfather our lower subscription fees if we lock in by the end of March.
They also provide a TON of interesting resources on their site. I think they're doing an awesome job and I'd recommend them to anyone who wanted to make a living from this sometimes very fickle marketplace.
