Yeah... I was one of those "early adopters" of LinkedIn ages ago ... so technically, I'm listed there (I got listed for my Internet marketing networking, actually) - but I haven't logged in in ages and I've forgotten my password at this point. I just didn't find it all that useful either, to be honest. All it seemed good for was annoying notifications.
Which is kind of how I feel about Facebook ... and all those annoying "applications" you can add to your account. But I'm still there because as an Internet marketer, I know how important a good link to your website can be.
I also have a MySpace account for the same reason (though that's mostly for my songwriting website). I've been thinking of putting together a MySpace specifically for my voice over stuff - just to have a good link pointing folks to my actual website itself. But it's like a lot of things ... not enough time in the day to do everything I want to do.
I'll get to it eventually.
In general though, I applaud the efforts to network! Good on ya, guys!
