Since I've run into "Explore Talent" before, here's the reply I posted:

What you've found is a possible scam.

I put a "free" profile on the site. Not much there that isn't
elsewhere...

After a time, they called my cell phone and told me they had
and "audition" for me. A bit of hunting later and I come to find out
that you have to pay them for said "audition".
