You've got a good start going. Fan audio is a nice way to practice, and the singing and drama classes are an absolute must. There's a lot of acting in good voice over.
For some low-cost options, you might see if you can locate a community theatre or improv group to become part of. Both of these will help with character development and voice acting skills. Books are another way to get a handle on the industry.
