That's a pretty wide range of pricing, and I believe I know the reason. I'm assuming this project is for the embedded voice in a toy or game, rather than for just a regular video. If Fisher Price works the same way Hasbro does, you get a normal session fee for recording the audio. Then, if and when the game goes into production, you get a substantially larger payment as a buyout for the use of your voice in that product. I've done a couple of games and that's the way it worked. Most recently, I did the voice of this guy:

Now I'm just waiting with my fingers crossed that they don't cancel the project before it gets to the manufacturing floor.
