Now, *I* live in Maine (DB lives in what we up here call "North Boston"...

) on the edge of civilization. It's become a bit of a quest for me to be able to work from up where I am. Just coming up with a plan to get ISDN going once we finally get a house (and I get some clients to justify having it...).
Great lecture, though! Those folks sounded genuinely appreciative to have had some insight into how this end of their job works! It's also a good look into what a class with Pat is like. I spent about TWENTY hours with him and DB last fall in Boston. My brains were full, but they gave me a lot of tools that I've been using ever since.
