Julie -- I wish I was having one quarter of the positive experience you're having with V123. Even though I always check the box to receive notification that my audition has been opened, I have yet to receive any e-mails to that regard. I have contacted customer service twice and was basically told that it is my problem. The one thing they did suggest, changing e-mail addresses, I had already done and yet no e-mail notifications have come to me at either my CompuServe or AT&T e-mail address. The tone of the customer service response was so cold and uncaring that I've come to the point of being too tired to try to get things to work properly with them. Then I joined Voices.com and their customer service was such a pleasant experience. They talked me through an issue on their live chat and the problem was resolved in about 15 minutes. Another problem I was having was resolved in 24 hours with very easy to understand and follow instructions. Since I'm not a techy, easy to understand instructions are a must.
If I get bad service from a company I end my association with that company. Right now I'm planning on sticking out my membership but things will have to drastically change for me to renew. That would be the case even if their membership fee hadn't been increased.
